Micah Mbick has joined Sky Bet League Two side Colchester United on a season-long loan.
The 18-year-old academy graduate has made 11 appearances for the Addicks since scoring three minutes into his senior debut in 2023 and signed a new long-term contract this summer.
Manager Nathan Jones said: "Micah is a fantastic talent who has a great scoring record throughout development level. We feel that he needs game time and given the competition we have, to further his development we felt he needed an EFL loan. We’re delighted he has gone to a really good football club, where he will continue his development."

The loan is subject to EFL and FA approval.
