Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) is delighted to announce a new partnership with the chartered surveyors Faithorn Farrell Timms, making three upcoming residentials for Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) participants possible.
CACT runs residential trips to Cornwall to engage clients who are at an advanced stage of their recovery from psychosis.
The residential trips are designed to push the clients out of their comfort zone as they attend with others they may not know very well and take part in a range of outdoor activities including coasteering and paddleboarding.
CACT has been supporting EIP teams for 15 years, delivering bespoke packages of intervention. Two residentials will take place for Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust clients this May, and a third for clients in South East London under Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is scheduled for September.

“Without the support of Faithorn Farrell Timms, the Next Steps residential trips simply would not be possible, so we are incredibly grateful for this partnership.
“We look forward to taking our mental health clients along to Cornwall for Next Steps residentials in May and September this year. These trips, which help many of our participants to increase their confidence and make new friends, can be a key part of clients’ recovery.”
