For over a decade, the Charlton Athletic Supporters' Trust (CAST) have contacted supporters to survey their season ticket intentions and general attitudes about the club.
Over the years, the survey has provided significant information about the position of the club and what issues are most important to supporters when they are deciding whether to buy a season ticket.
The survey, which is open to CAST members and non-members, should take about five minutes to complete.
