Ashley Maynard-Brewer will make his Charlton league debut this afternoon away to Port Vale.

The 23-year-old replaces the injured Craig MacGillivray while Sean Clare returns from suspension in place of Richard Chin.

Corey Blackett-Taylor also returns to the starting lineup with Tyreece Campbell moving to the bench as Ben Garner makes three changes from the side that drew with Burton Albion last weekend.

George Dobson and Scott Fraser will be flanked in midfield by wingers Jes Rak-Sakyi and Blackett-Taylor.

Charlie Kirk, who scored two goals last weekend, will once again play alongside skipper Jayden Stockley.

Campbell is joined on the bench by Nathan Harness, Deji Elerewe, Jake Forster-Caskey, Albie Morgan, Jack Payne, Tyreece Campbell and Chuks Aneke.
