The Addicks' U18s secured the Professional Development League 2 - South title on Saturday with a 4-1 win against Coventry City.
The prolific Patrick Casey bagged a hat-trick and Ryan Huke was also on the scoresheet at Sparrows Lane as the young Addicks were crowned champions for the second successive season.
The U18s conclude the regular league season at Bristol City on Saturday and will then host Sheffield United, who finished second in the northern division, in the national play-off semi-finals. Full information on a confirmed date and tickets for the clash will be announced in due course.
