The young Addicks come into the contest on the back of a 1-1 draw with Brentford, with Bradley Tagoe scoring a last-minute equaliser to rescue a point at Princes Park,
Meanwhile, the Swans, who currently sit sixth in the table, suffered a 5-4 defeat to Watford last time out in the league.
Charlton will be looking to extend their 11-game unbeaten run across all competitions and retain their place at the top of the Professional Development League 2 - South table.
