What does The Valley mean to you?

Charlton Athletic are asking fans for their memories of The Valley ahead of the 100-year anniversary celebrations of the club’s famous home.

September 13th will mark 100 years to the day that the very first match took place at The Valley and the Addicks’ Sky Bet Championship clash against Birmingham City in SE7 on Saturday, September 14th will see the club celebrate the centenary of the stadium.

A very special, bumper edition of the club’s official matchday programme, Valley Review, which will celebrate 100 years of The Valley, will be produced for the day and supporters have the chance to see their memories, comments and photos published.

We want you to answer two questions: What is your favourite Valley memory? And what does The Valley mean to you?

Send your comments, along with some of your favourite photos of you and your family at The Valley to valley.review@cafc.co.uk or Tweet the club @CAFCOfficial using the hashtag ‘#Valley100’ and the best will appear in the Valley Centenary edition of Valley Review.

The game against Birmingham City will celebrate the 100-year anniversary of The Valley and you can grab your tickets for the occasion by clicking here.
