Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) enjoyed a memorable day on Thursday, May 14th, as 87 players across 21 teams took part in the annual CACT Golf Day in support of the Trust’s life-changing work across south-east London and Kent.
The sold-out event, held at the Wildernesse Club in Kent for the third consecutive year, also saw seven Charlton legends - Alan Curbishley, Steve Brown, Steve Gritt, Jon Fortune, Lee Bowyer, Scott Minto and Bob Bolder - pick up their clubs in support of CACT. Following proceedings on the course, Charlotte Richardson hosted a clubhouse Q&A with Curbishley and Charlton Chairman Gavin Carter.
CACT would like to thank all the players and sponsors who helped make the day another success, including event title sponsors Rivervale and the event’s six hole sponsors: University of Greenwich, DBD Services, Martin Arnold, Faithorn Farrell Timms, Bayliss Executive Travel and KWisdom Consulting Ltd.
