Henry Rylah has joined League of Ireland Premier Division side Derry City on loan until December.
The 20-year-old academy graduate has made 10 senior appearances for the Addicks across all competitions since making his professional debut in November 2022.
Individual Development Coach Dave Huzzey said: "It's a good opportunity for Henry to go and play at a really good level. Derry are a team that are competing in Europe which will be a really good experience for him. He's had a taste of first-team action here and he's done really well in the U21s with his athleticism, directness, pace and end product, so to now go out and play regular men's football is important for him at this stage of his career."
