Karen Hills' side will be looking to stretch their winning streak to six in a row as they gear up to host Crystal Palace in the third and final Continental Cup Group stage game. 

The Addicks kicked off their 2022/23 Continental Cup campaign with a 2-0 loss away to Lewes in early October, with Paula Howells and Ellie Hack being the two goal scorers for the home side. 

Charlton then faced Bristol City on November, 27th where a Kiera Skeels brace was enough to cancel out Abi Harrisons' late strike and secure a 2-1 victory at the Oakwood. 

The Addicks currently sit third in Group D recording three points from their last two fixtures, the winners of Group D will progress into the Quarter- Final stages and face the winner of Group B (Manchester City, Leicester City or Liverpool). Lewes currently sit top with six points recorded in total. 

The original date for this fixture was postponed due to being in mid-December but was postponed due to weather conditions. 

THE OPPOSITION

The Eagles will arrive at The Oakwood off the back of an impressive 5-1 victory over Watford which saw them cruise into Round 4 of the Vitality Women's FA Cup. 

Dean Davenport's side currently sit at the foot of the group having previously lost 4-0 to Bristol City in their opening game of the Continental Cup in October.

Palace were then on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline in their second group fixture against Lewes in November. 

HEAD-TO-HEAD

The two south London sides locked horns in a league meeting at Selhurst Park in November. Goals from Melissa Johnson and Emily Simpkins secured all three points for the Addicks in a 2-1 victory.
