TEAM NEWS

Asked about squad rotation over the Christmas period, Jones said: "Now you have to start thinking about those things. Not everyone can go game, game, game at the levels we demand from them, because you put people at risk.

"We played Saturday and then we’ve had a decent lead-in, in terms of time off, rest and training. Now we have gone again. It's about thinking how best to manage the whole squad."

THE OPPOSITION

Matt Bloomfield’s side sit second in the Sky Bet League One table, just one point behind league leaders Birmingham City.

The Chairboys, who come into the fixture boasting an impressive 19-game unbeaten run in the league, claimed a 3-0 victory at Stevenage on Boxing Day.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Charlton and Wycombe have locked horns on 13 previous occasions, with the Addicks winning seven, the Chairboys four and the remaining two matches resulting in draws.

Wycombe ran out 1-0 victors at Adams Park when the sides last met back in April 2024.
