The Addicks' fixture against Portsmouth on Saturday (KO 12.30pm GMT) will be the highest attended game at The Valley between the two sides in nearly 20 years.
Tickets sold for this weekend's clash have already surpassed the attendance at The Valley for each of the previous six home games between the two sides.
The match is 33 years and one day after Pompey played the Addicks in the club’s historic first match back at The Valley in 1992.
Nathan Jones’ side will be looking to continue their good home form having averaged 2.3 points per game in SE7 in 2025, with attendances at a 17-year high.
