VALLEY REVIEW | New boss features in cup edition

Olly Groome reports

New Addicks boss Karl Robinson features as the main interview in Saturday's official matchday programme for the visit of his former club, Milton Keynes Dons, in the FA Cup.

The 36-year old discusses his vision for the club, the importance of the fans' role towards the team's success and, of course, coming up against some old friends in his first game in charge.

As well as starring as the main interview, Robinson pens his first notes as Manager, while Patrick Bauer also features as he reflects on his injury-time equaliser against Sheffield United last time out, and Johnnie Jackson talks about the first week under his new boss in his latest Captain's Column.

The £2 programme for the second-round tie continues Valley Review's retro theme for 2016/17 and once again boasts the club's design used during the cup-winning 1946/47 campaign, with every home cup game so far this season featuring the same distinctive cover.
