2019/20 season tickets to be sent out this week

With the new season almost upon us, season ticket cards are being sent out to over 10,000 of our loyal fans this week. Please keep an eye on the post as your letter with your season ticket card should be dropping on the doormat by the end of the week.

If you have ordered a new concession ticket (U11, U18, U21 or Over 65) for the 2019/20 season and it does not arrive, this likely means that you have not provided our Ticket Office with the relevant identification to prove you or someone else’s proof of age. If you believe this to be the case, please contact our ticket office by emailing ticketsid@cafc.co.uk with a copy of your passport or birth certificate along with your FAN ID so that we can process your order.

If you are not able to send you proof of age in over email, you can also do so by presenting your ID to one of our ticket office staff throughout the week. Our ticket office is open Mondays 1pm-5pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.30am-5pm and Thursdays we are closed. You can also provide ID if you are coming to Chris Solly’s testimonial game against Aston Villa on Saturday, July 27th. Simply turn up to our North Stand ticket office with your proof of age and we can hand over your ticket there.
