Elisha N’Dow became Karren Hills’ fourth signing of the 2023/24 window.

She initially joined the club in 2022 on loan from Aston Villa but made the move permanent in 2023, penning a one-year deal with Charlton.

She is a product of Villa’s academy, making the step up to first-team level in 2014. Prior to joining the Addicks, she had also spent time out on loan at Coventry United.

N’Dow, who is an England U17 and U19 international, scored an unforgettable stoppage-time winner against Sunderland last season.
