Ollie Hobden joined the esteemed Addicks’ academy ranks at the age of U11 when he was scouted by the club at a tournament.

Hobden was amongst the U18s side that claimed Charlton's third successive Professional Development League 2 - South title under Jason Pearce in 2022/23 and penned his first professional deal with the club in May 2023.

The right-back, who can also play at the heart of defence, joined Chatham Town on loan in August 2023 having impressed against the local side in pre-season.

In October 2025, Hobden joined National League side Farnborough on loan.

After returning from Farnborough, the defender joined Chatham Town on loan for the remainder of the season in February 2026.
