Ibrahim Fullah joined the academy at U10 level and has since enjoyed an impressive rise to the U18s.

Having been confirmed as a scholar in June 2023, the attacking midfielder signed his first professional deal just 10 months later in April 2024 - the month of his 17th birthday.

Described by former Academy Director Steve Avory as a player with the 'wow factor', Fullah played an important role in the U18s' Professional Development League Two - South title win in 2023/24.

Fullah signed his first professional contract with the club in April 2024 before penning a new long-term contract in April 2025. 

He earned his senior debut in the Addicks' final-day victory over Burton Albion in May 2025 and marked his full debut with a goal against Stevenage in the Carabao Cup in August 2025.
