Stephen Henderson was appointed as Men’s First-Team Goalkeeping Coach in September 2023.

Henderson, who made 59 appearances for the Addicks across two spells as a player, joined Charlton's coaching staff having impressed while fulfilling the role on an interim basis.

A former Republic of Ireland youth international, he also made EFL appearances for Bristol City, Portsmouth, Ipswich Town, AFC Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest and Wycombe Wanderers during his 16-year playing career.
