Goalkeeper George Hardy joined the Addicks' academy in the summer of 2025.

Born in Nottingham, the stopper began his youth career at Notts County and Rotherham United before joining Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee in March 2023.
