Mia Ross joined the Addicks in the summer of 2021 after leaving Liverpool.

After beginning her career at the Reds, Ross immediately became a key part of Karen Hills’ team, making 24 appearances across the season and netting her first goal for the club in a 2-0 win against the London City Lionesses in November 2021.

She possesses international experience, having played for the England U19s at the European Championships in 2022, and was called up to Lionesses’ U23 squad alongside teammates Angela Addison and Kiera Skeels in February 2023.
