Jérôme Roussillon joined the Addicks on a short-term deal in November 2025.
The experienced left-sided defender arrives with a wealth of experience having made almost 400 career appearances, 20 of which have come in the Champions League and the Europa League.
Born in Sarcelles, France, Roussillon began his professional career at Sochaux before joining Ligue 1 side Montpellier in 2015.
After three seasons with Montpellier, the defender moved to German top-flight outfit VfL Wolfsburg, where he would taste European football for the first time.
Roussillon switched Wolfsburg for fellow Bundesliga side Union Berlin in January 2023 and helped Die Eisernen earn a fourth-place finish in his debut season to secure Champions League football.
He has also represented France at U18 and U20 level and earned eight senior caps for Guadeloupe, scoring twice.
