CACT staff helping a young person with their work

Charlton Athletic Community Trust's (CACT) Education Department aims to work to raise education and employment aspirations, reduce education drop-out and increase the life skills and resilience of local young people.

Working in partnership with schools, learning providers and businesses and using the power of CACT's badge and brand, CACT provides a platform to give individuals from primary age to 70 and above the opportunity to achieve their learning goals.

CACT's Family Learning programme provides families with the tools to support their primary aged children continue their education at home while our employability programmes support young people to move into work, further training or back into education.

CACT supports learning in over 60 schools across Royal Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley and Kent. CACT's projects focus on improving participants' skills and attitudes for learning with literacy, numeracy and employability being at the centre of our work.
