Train and bus routes

  • The best route to take, if travelling from The Valley, would be the South Eastern train to Abbey Wood, then the Elizabeth Line towards London Paddington station which will then be a direct train to Stroud. You will then need to get a bus/taxi to the stadium from the train station, which will take approximately 20-minutes. The closest stop to The New Bolt Lawn Stadium is Nailsworth Primary School, where it is a three-minute walk to the ground.
  • There are stations at Stroud and Gloucester and a half-hourly service on the number 63 bus which takes you straight to the stadium. Please click here for bus times.
Where To Park
  • The club address is The Bolt New Lawn, Another Way, Nailsworth, GL6 0FG.
  • There is no parking available at the ground other than for disabled supporters – please contact the club in advance to book.
  • There is some street parking, but this is limited.
Where To Eat & Drink
  • There is a food and drink outlet in the away terrace.
  • There is also an away fan zone just in front of the away turnstiles for beer and food before the game.
  • There are no pubs, cafes or restaurants around the ground and the club bars are too small to be able to accommodate away fans.
  • The town of Nailsworth is small, but it has many food and drink outlets and free parking throughout the town (please be careful of time restrictions on some of this free parking). It’s a straightforward, one-mile walk from the centre of Nailsworth to the stadium.
Turnstiles
  • Away fans are situated in the West Stand.
Programme
  • Forest Green Rovers’ official matchday programme is available from the ground, priced at £3.50.
