We hope you’re looking forward to our away trip to Cheltenham Town on Sunday, May 7th.

Here are a few details that may help you plan a great away day at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium!    

Tickets
  • Charlton have been allocated 1,520 tickets for the game.
  • To purchase your tickets, please click here.
  • Tickets will be available to collect and purchase from The Valley until 3pm on Friday, May 5th.
  • Charlton fans who are collecting pre-paid tickets can do so from the red ticket booth adjacent to the Hazlewooods Stand.
  • Any remaining tickets will be available to purchase from the Cheltenham Town Ticket Office on the day of the game from the same red booth mentioned above, but are subject to a £2 price increase.

Please note the above is subject to availability and the information is subject to change so please monitor all club channels for additional information or amendments.

Stadium
  • The Completely-Suzuki Stadium is a cashless venue.

Disabled supporters

  • Ambulant Disabled: There are 40 ambulant disabled seats available for the relevant price and the helper goes free.
  • Wheelchair Bays: There are eight bays available with the prices listed below.
  • Contact Charlton's Ticket Office to book a disabled space.
  • There are several disabled toilets across the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
  • The wheelchair bays are suitable for both large and small wheelchairs.
  • Disabled fans will be situated to the left or right side of the goal which means there is no restricted viewing.
  • Any supporters who require a wheelchair space and need to book these in advance can do so by contacting the Charlton Ticket Office on 03330 14 44 44 or the Cheltenham Ticket Office on 01242 573558, option one.
  • The SLO and disability assistance team will be in the ‘information hut’ in the main car park from 10.30am and the Cheltenham team will be there to assist you with any queries you may have.

Train

From The Valley, the best route to the Completely-Suzuki Stadium is:

  • To walk to Charlton train station and board the train to Farringdon.
  • From Farringdon, proceed to Paddington by boarding the Elizabeth Line.
  • Walk to London Paddington Railway Station and board the train to Cheltenham Spa.
  • Then walk from Cheltenham Spa to Cheltenham Spa Rail Station Bus Stop and board the bus heading to Noverton Park.
  • Get off at Pittville Crescent Lane and it is around an eight-minute walk to the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
  • This journey will take approximately three-and-a-half hours.
Where To Park
  • All parking must be pre-booked by emailing tickets@ctfc.com and is limited.
  • Please note, there will therefore be no parking available to buy on the day of a match.
  • There is usually street parking available around Pittville Circus or closer to the town centre in the Portland Street or North Place NCPs (both around a 10-minute walk from the stadium), however these are subject to availability.
Where To Drink
  • Cheltenham Town do not serve alcoholic drinks in the away end, but they have bars at the ground which can be found outside the stadium in the main car park.
  • Cheltenham Town do not recommend a pub for away fans.
Where To Eat
  • There is a Smokey Joe’s Dine, Bar and Venue and a Simpsons Fish and Chips Shop, which are both around a 15-minute walk from the stadium.
  • The club also has facilities which cater for food.
Turnstiles
  • Away fans are situated in the the Hazlewoods Stand and the Colin Farmer Stand. Disabled supporters will be situated in the front row of the Hazlewoods Stand.
Programme
  • Cheltenham Town's official matchday programme is available from the ground, priced at £3.
