On Monday morning, Charlton Athletic had the privilege of hosting many of its commercial partners at the club's Sparrows Lane training ground.
After a delightful breakfast put on by Gather and Gather, those in attendance heard from men's first-team players Lloyd Jones and Luke Berry and Manager Nathan Jones, before stepping out into the sunshine to have a tour of the training ground led by former player Peter Garland and watch the men’s first-team train.
The club are incredibly lucky to be so well supported by its partners, and were delighted to be able to show them how their support manifests itself on a daily basis at Sparrows Lane. It was a rare peak behind the curtain in how Nathan Jones and his team work tirelessly to set up the team for success, as the boss touched on the subjects of nutrition, recruitment, and targeted goal setting.
