Nathan Jones’ side will be look to continue their fine form after picking up seven points from a possible nine last week.

Speaking in his pre-game press conference, Jones said: "Matty Godden’s a lot closer. He’s now far more mobile and he’s doing the things that we want him to do. He’s had two weeks now of fitness work, so he’s a lot closer which is really good. Josh [Edwards] is the only one then that’s a little way off."

The visitors will be without Brighton & Hove Albion loanee Malick Yalcouyé, who is suspended following his red card for violent conduct against QPR. Marko Stamenić is on compassionate leave following a family bereavement.

THE OPPOSITION

The Swans currently sit 13th in the Sky Bet Championship, having taken 16 points from their opening 12 league games.

Alan Sheehan’s side were in action in midweek as they fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup fourth round.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

The two sides have gone toe-to-toe on 44 occasions, with the Addicks winning 16, the Swans 17 and the remaining 11 encounters ending in draws.

Swansea ran out 1-0 victors when the teams last met in January 2020, with Yan Dhanda netting the only goal of the game in south Wales.

David Webb will be the man in the middle this weekend.

Webb will be assisted by Callum Gough and Lee Venamore, while George Laflin is the Fourth Official.
