Kayne Ramsay is expecting a tough test on Saturday afternoon as the Addicks face Wrexham in the Sky Bet Championship (KO 3pm GMT).
"From last season, we know what Wrexham are like," explained the defender. "It's definitely going to be a challenge and we have to be up for it. We have to treat the last 12 games like cup finals because they're all going to be important.
"The atmosphere at The Valley has always been good. Our fans are amazing and we need as many as possible. Hearing the Covered End, hopefully, in the second half, there will be a goal."
Ramsay registered an assist for Lyndon Dykes' equaliser at The Hawthorns in midweek.
"I should have a few more assists!" he said. "Dykesy's taken the chance well and Fevs [Jayden Fevrier] has done well to get out of the way of the pass! He said to me after the game that he knew the pass wasn't for him, so it was good he ducked! Dykesy's first touch was incredible and it was a good finish as well.
"We wanted to go there and take away three points. It was a difficult game. We let ourselves down in the performance a little bit - we could have done a lot better, especially in the first half. They played in a way that we should have gone after them a bit more, and we should have made more of the game."
The 25-year-old has played every minute of the Addicks' last nine Sky Bet Championship fixtures.
"I think in the Championship there are times I've done well and there are times it has been quite tough," Ramsay reflected. "There are good teams in the Championship and it's a very high level. You have to stay consistent and keep doing what you're doing, as we know, keep stepping up and stay focused the whole game as one lapse in concentration and it can be a goal in the back of your net."
