Book your child on a football course with Charlton Athletic Community Trust this October half term

Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT’s) holiday football courses are to return for the October half-term.

Places are now available on week-long October half-term courses across South East London and Kent. Find out where your local course is here.

The community scheme at Charlton Athletic has been delivering football courses for youngsters since 1992, with more than 6,000 taking part last year alone.

As a registered charity, all proceeds from the courses go back into CACT’s work in the community. CACT was recently found to deliver £31 million in social value, £6.89 for every £1 it invests.

But as well as improving football ability, the programmes develop social skills and confidence and keep children fit and healthy during the school holidays.

The courses are also popular with young people for the competitions, prizes and regular visits from Charlton players. Participants enjoy access to club facilities, and all receive a certificate and a Charlton gift at the end of the week.

All CACT coaches are FA or UEFA-qualified, fully DBS checked and have received safeguarding and first aid training.
