Jason Euell’s U23s kick off their pre-season with a trip to Carshalton Athletic on Wednesday afternoon (4pm).
The friendly against the Bostick League Premier Division outfit at the War Memorial Sports Ground was originally scheduled to take place at 7.45pm, but has been brought forward to avoid clashing with England’s World Cup semi-final against Croatia.
It is the first of five pre-season friendlies this summer for the Addicks development squad, who also take on Eastbourne Borough at Priory Lane on Saturday, July 14th (3pm), AFC Bournemouth, also at Sparrows Lane on Saturday, July 21st (12pm), Brighton & Hove Albion at their training ground on Saturday, July 28th and Reading away on Monday, August 6th.
The match taking place at Sparrows Lane - against AFC Bournemouth - is open for Valley Gold members and 2017/18 season-ticket holders to attend.
