AWAY GUIDE | The Banks's Stadium

Heading to Walsall on Tuesday evening? Here's what to expect from an away day at the Banks's Stadium.

The travelling Addicks will be housed in the University of Wolverhampton stand, situated at one end of the ground. The view is pretty good, although there are two supporting pillars which can be easily avoided.

The usual fare is available in the ground which may come in handy as the club have operated a policy which does not allow fans to bring their own food and drink into the ground in the past.

There is a McDonald’s close to the stadium, while a Morrison’s supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.

The previously-favourite Saddlers Club is no longer available for away fans, unfortunately, but the good news is that the club now serve alcohol to travelling supporters inside the ground.

The nearby Park Inn Hotel allows away fans, otherwise the nearest pub is the King George V on Wallowes Lane opposite Morrison’s, but is likely to be very busy.

Fans should avoid the Fulbrook pub close to the ground.

Post Code is WS1 4SA. There is a large car park at the ground with further parking available at nearby Bescot Stadium station.

Trains run on a regular basis from Birmingham New Street and the journey time is around 25 minutes. After the game, trains are once an hour and the 9.43pm train should get you back to Birmingham New Street in time for the 10.10pm train back to Euston, although it will be cutting it fine!

Tickets will be available from the ground on the evening at the following prices:

Adult:

£22.50

Over 60 and U18: £17.50
