AWAY FANS' GUIDE | The Cherry Red Records Stadium

Heading to AFC Wimbledon on Saturday? Here's everything you need to know about an away day at the Cherry Red Records Stadium...

The travelling Addicks will be mostly located in the Rygas Stand which runs alongside the dugouts side of the pitch. Space is at a premium and it is a very shallow terrace, meaning that some fans’ view may be restricted by their fellow supporters. There is no concourse, just an open area behind the stand. A small number of fans will be seated in one section at the end of the John Green Stand which will offer a better view, but shares the same facilities as the terrace.

There is a food outlet inside the away area, but as it is small, it can get very busy, so expect to queue. Burger vans are situated outside the ground, while the Fat Boys Café a short walk down the road is recommended. Alternatively, nearby Kingston town centre offers plenty of options.

There is no alcohol available inside the ground, while the two bars at the ground itself are not open to away fans. There are not many options close to the ground with the best choice being the Watchman which is a Wetherspoon’s near New Malden Station, or venture into Kingston.

Postcode is KT1 3PB. There is parking at the ground, but it is minimal and you will have to arrive early. There is street parking available but, as usual, check signs for restrictions.

The closest station is Norbiton, although New Malden and Kingston are also nearby. Regular trains run from London Waterloo, alternatively, if coming from Victoria, change at Clapham Junction.

The walk from the station is about 10-15 minutes.
