Upbeats Walk raises £27,000 for Down’s syndrome programme

The Greenwich Community Hub, launched in March by the Royal Borough of Greenwich with Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) and partners, has helped a number of vulnerable residents.

Emma, who lives in Australia, called the Greenwich Community Hub on behalf of her parents, who live in Shooters Hill, and are both on the government's shielded list.

A team effort between various organisations helped Emma's mum receive the medication she needed.
