Charlton Women have been nominated for four awards at the 2026 Women's Football Awards.

The annual awards celebrate the achievements of women in football, honouring the players, coaches, staff, unsung heroes and trailblazers for their contributions over the season.

This year, we are up for four Awards split across the club and staff.

As a club, Charlton Women have been nominated for Club of the Year and Best Fan Engagement, with our Head of Women’s Football, Jemma White, up for the Football Business Trailblazer and Women's Football Champion awards.

The Club of the Year Award celebrates clubs who have shown commitment and application to improving women's football, with the Fan Engagement award focussing on clubs that engage best with their fans.

Jemma's nomination for Women's Football Champion shines a light on her work to advocate for, and push forward, the women’s game.

Her nomination for the Football Business Trailblazer award acknowledge's her achievements as our Head of Football and the progress the women's team have seen under her management.

The public can vote for two awards - Club of the Year and Best Fan Engagement - on the Women's Football Awards website so go vote for Charlton and all the great work we do.
