Joe Rankin-Costello will make his first league start for the Addicks in this evening’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Portsmouth at Fratton Park (KO 7.45pm GMT).

Lloyd Jones, who wears the captain’s armband, will make his 100th appearance for the club since joining in the summer of 2023.

Reece Burke returns to the line-up for his first minutes since limping off against Swansea City at the start of November as Nathan Jones makes five changes to his starting XI. Tyreece Campbell, Luke Berry and Charlie Kelman also start.
