Short Breaks is a programme delivered by CACT in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Bexley for young people aged 11 to 17 with disabilities.

Our Programmes & Dates

Bexley

CACT has been running the Short Breaks programme in Bexley from 1 March 2020 for young people with disabilities aged 12-17-years-old.

Programmes:

  • After School Club

Wednesdays: 4pm-6pm, Crook Log Leisure Centre

  • Holiday courses

9am-2pm

Six-week holiday courses delivered each year

Easter, summer and selected half-terms

Referral process

All places on the programme will be allocated by the Children with Disabilities service (CWDS) at the London Borough of Bexley.
