The Addicks are back on the road on Saturday, travelling to St Mary's to face Southampton (KO 3pm GMT).
Nathan Jones' side will be targeting a return to winning ways following defeat to Portsmouth in midweek.
TEAM NEWS
The gaffer confirmed in his pre-match press conference that Reece Burke is available for selection, but Josh Edwards (ankle), Harvey Knibbs (ankle) and Matty Godden (hamstring) will miss out.
Jack Stephens is set to return for the hosts, though Alex McCarthy (wrist), Mads Roerslev (Achilles), Welington (muscle), Jay Robinson (thigh) remain sidelined.
THE OPPOSITION
The Saints currently sit 10th in the Sky Bet Championship table, just two points outside of the play-off places having won four of their last five Sky Bet Championship fixtures.
Tonda Eckert's men secured a 2-1 victory over Leicester City in the Emirates FA Cup in their last outing, while their last league match was also against the Foxes and resulted in a dramatic 4-3 win at the King Power Stadium.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The two sides have gone toe-to-toe on 64 previous occasions, with the Addicks winning 18, the Saints winning 29 and the remaining 17 encounters ending in draws.
Southampton ran out 5-1 victors when the teams last met at The Valley in November 2025.
MATCH OFFICIALS
John Busby will be the man in the middle this weekend.
Busby will be assisted by Mark Russell and Carl Fitch-Jackson, while Tom Reeves has been named as the Fourth Official.

Tickets for Saturday's trip to St Mary's are now off sale but can be purchased (card only) from the ground on matchday, with no price increase. Supporters who have chosen to collect tickets on the day must provide ID.
With bus replacement services operating between Eastleigh and Southampton Central due to engineering works on Saturday, supporters are advised to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time.
